Gold Authenticity
Jewelry identified as 10K or 14K gold is represented as genuine gold of the purity stated in the applicable product description.
Our authenticity guarantee applies only to the stated gold purity. It does not cover ordinary wear, scratches, dents, damaged clasps, broken chains, lost stones, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, chemical exposure, or repairs and modifications performed by third parties.
